I am looking for information on Noah Lee CARPENTER. He lived in Bellingham,Lac Qui Parle Co., MN and died 6 Jan 1924. [Here] is his obituary, presumably from the Bellingham newspaper. Sorry I don't have the name of the newspaper or the date. (If anyone knows I would appreciate the information)

I am trying to find any government/church documents on Noah Lee Carpenter, especially anything that would indicate where he joined the MethodistChurch, who his parents/brothers and sisters were, or where specifically hewas born. I am also trying to trace his daughter Mrs. J. L. Marcotte. Cananyone there do research in old newspapers/church records to see if therewere any articles about him before his death? Perhaps on his 90th birthday?I have been in touch with family members who live in the area but they can'thelp me.

Thanks for any help you can give me on this project. I also have theobituary for his son William if you are interested.
